ARC/IEP Meeting Preparation Consultation for Parent Participation and Advocacy Support
Service
Professional support to help you prepare for and participate confidently in ARC/ IEP meetings. M. Patton will consult with you in preparation for your attendance and participation in your child's ARC/ IEP meeting. Required documents to review necessary for parent to provide or request: IEP, evaluations, progress reports, progress monitoring and school work samples. Support Follow up summary email including resources will follow. Email support included. This service only is 1- 1 & 1/2 hours. $75.00

Special Education Consultation
Service
Get expert guidance on how to interpret evaluations, understand the IEP process, and ask the right questions. This consultation can be scheduled at any time for parents or guardians to discuss their child's special education and IEP delivery. Also perfect to discuss general education concerns regarding accommodations and modifications. Perfect for families seeking clarity and strategy before or after school meetings. Service includes email follow with resources as needed. This service is a 1 hour consultation. $75.00

Full ARC/ IEP Meeting Advocacy with M. Patton
Multiple Services ~Plan
Full advocacy support in preparation for your child's ARC/IEP meeting. Services included with this service: M. Patton ARC/ IEP attendance as advocate, Pre meeting consultation, review of documents in preparation for ARC / IEP meeting ( evaluations, IEP, progress monitoring and any general education class work samples). Due process paperwork organization ( M. Patton will discuss with parents their preference and best options - parents responsible for purchase of organizational tool, Post ARC/ IEP meeting follow up consultation. Access to Parent Advocacy Academy ( learning modules), Access to Parent Advocacy Circle Zoom ( 1 month), Support through email.
This service is 3 -4 hours in person service with support services. Begins $200.00 can vary according to ARC meeting and ARC/ IEP meeting follow up consultation. This Plan begins $200.00
ARC/ IEP Meeting Attendance Advocate M. Patton
As a trained special education advocate with years of experience as both a parent and educator, I will attend your ARC/IEP meeting—virtually or in person ( in person preferably—to ensure your voice is heard and your child’s rights are protected.
During the meeting, I will:

Help clarify educational jargon and school team recommendations.

Support your concerns and ensure your input is documented in the IEP.

Identify any red flags in the proposed plan or services.

Due Process Documents Organization
This service is designed to help you prepare for ARC/ IEP meeting, or ARC due process proceedings by organizing your special education paperwork into a clear, chronological, and accessible format. Together, we’ll make sure every document you might need is in place, labeled, and easy to reference—so you can walk into the next step with confidence.
This service includes:
- A customized checklist of required documents
- Step-by-step sorting of your IEPs, evaluations, and communications
-A digital (or printed) filing system to keep everything in order
- Optional summary sheet to highlight major issues and timelines
This organizational support can save time, reduce stress, and help you feel in control.

Parent Advocacy Circle
(Zoom)
Join M. Patton and a small group of parents for live, virtual Zoom sessions designed to provide support. These collaborative meetings offer a safe space to ask questions, gain clarity about what to expect at different times of the school year, and connect with others navigating special education.
Led by an experienced advocate and educator, these sessions balance practical guidance with peer support—helping you feel empowered, informed, and less alone. This service as stand alone is free at this time.
Parent Advocate Academy
The Parent Advocacy Academy is a series of expert-created, easy-to-follow PDF learning modules designed to help families become confident, informed advocates in the special education process.
Each downloadable module breaks down complex laws, rights, and strategies into clear, actionable guidance—no legal background required. Whether you're brand new to the IEP process or facing challenges with your child's services, these resources will walk you through each step with clarity and support. Stand alone service $25.00

60- Day Evaluation Support
Concerns about your child’s upcoming evaluation? This package provides continuous support during the 60-day evaluation window, including document review, coaching, and attendance at key meetings — so you never feel alone in the process.

Crisis to Resolution

The Advocate In You
Parent Coaching Package
(Customizable – 4 Months Minimum)
This package is designed for parents who don’t need ongoing advocacy services but want to learn how to advocate for their child themselves. Through structured coaching, mock IEP meetings, and personalized feedback, parents gain the skills and confidence to take the lead in their child’s educational journey.
Services Included
• Initial Strategy Session (1:1): Review of your child’s current educational plan (IEP/504) and identification of parent advocacy goals.
• Scheduled Coaching Sessions (Virtual or Phone): [1 session per month] for guidance on IEP prep, communication strategies, and IDEA rights, with flexible scheduling.
• Mock Meetings with Feedback (2 sessions): Practice for IEP/504 meetings with constructive feedback to refine communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Advocacy Resources: Access to templates, checklists, and rights guides, personalized for the parent’s needs and child’s situation.
