Crisis-to-Resolution Agreement
Steady support until the issue is resolved 60-90 days- Price discussed/ reviewed with agreement sign
Service Description
Review of records, prior IEPs/504s, and incident documentation Ongoing communication with parent (email/phone during business hours) Drafting of parent letters, formal requests, or written responses as needed Strategic coaching for parent on communication with school staff Attendance at meetings directly related to the crisis (e.g., manifestation determination, emergency IEP/504 review, disciplinary meetings, ARC, or resolution sessions) Follow-up support to ensure agreed-upon actions are implemented Service Period Begins upon signing and payment. Concludes once the specific crisis is resolved (resolution documented in meeting minutes, plan revisions, or written agreements). 60-90 days Advocate provides advocacy and consultation but does not provide legal representation. Advocate cannot guarantee specific outcomes, but will work to ensure parent voice is heard and procedural rights are upheld.
